THIEME has been certified to ISO 9001 since 1997 and has consistently implemented all relevant automotive standards since 1998. The path began with QS 9000 and VDA 6.3 and led to certification in accordance with ISO TS 16949 and the current IATF 16949. At the same time, ISO 14001 certification was successfully established in the area of environmental management in 1998 in order to ensure the highest standards in the environmental area as well.
The result of many years of certification experience is a mature and integrated management system that contributes significantly to the high level of satisfaction of our customers. This is supported by a modern quality laboratory and extensive testing procedures that ensure that our products meet the highest standards at every stage of production.
The Thieme standard that we have developed and our tool standards are the result of many years of experience and act as a storehouse of knowledge that helps us to continuously improve and set new standards. This is how we create the basis for excellent quality and set standards in the industry.
Quality laboratory
The quality laboratory at THIEME performs comprehensive tasks to ensure material and product quality. This includes the testing of raw materials, the production of laboratory samples, mechanical tests and continuous production monitoring and documentation. In addition, training courses are held and production processes are optimised to ensure the highest standards in the manufacture of our products.
Quality inspection
Quality inspection at THIEME is responsible for systematic production monitoring, initial sample measurements and quality control of our products and purchased parts.
