Printed conductive lines
Thieme screen printing machines can apply silver paste onto many different substrates to produce conductor lines that are not only highly electrically conductive but also resistant to abrasion, scratching, bending and folding.
Electrically conductive lines can be printed using screen printing pastes for a broad spectrum of applications in segments such as consumer electronics, medical equipment or alternative energy solutions. Printed conductive lines generally require comparatively thick coats. In printed electronics, the versatile and precise screen printing process is used for all types of printed conductive lines.
Thieme’s high-precision screen printing machines can use silver pastes to print conductor lines that combine high electrical conductivity with resistance to abrasion, scratching, bending and folding. The machines can handle substrates as wide-ranging as Mylar, glass, polycarbonate, polyamide, polyester, ITO-coated surfaces, Teflon and silicone surfaces as the basis for printed conductive lines.
Printed conductive lines are produced on Thieme screen printing machines for applications such as:
- RFID antennas
- Membrane switches
- Conductive structures for circuits
- Busbars on ITO layers
